ODAWA CASINO BATTLE OF THE BANDS presented by Q100 MICHIGAN

Odawa Casino and Q100 Michigan have partnered to present the Odawa Casino Battle of the Bands!  The final winner will receive $5,000 cash, air play on Q100 Michigan and be hired to perform LIVE for an exciting Northern Michigan Festival plus just added an AMP valued at $1,500 from Avery Amps and six hours of studio time including Jabo Bihlman to mix and produce at the AV Studio in Travese City!

If you are in an unsigned Michigan band, duo or solo artist you may submit your original song to qualify.  All participants must be 21 or over.  Six (6) qualifiers will be selected to perform live at the Qualifying Events at Victories in Odawa Casino in Petoskey!  The top qualifier from each Qualifying event will perform LIVE at the Final Event, July 6th!

Submit your recorded original song (maximum 5 minutes) via one of the following methods during the Entry Period:

Saturday, June 22 - 8PM-10PM @ Victories in Odawa Casino, Petoskey

QUALIFIER EVENT #2:

Saturday, June 29 - 8PM-10PM @ Victories in Odawa Casino, Petoskey

FINAL EVENT:

Saturday, July 6 - 8PM-10PM @ Victories in Odawa Casino, Petoskey

GRAND PRIZE PACKAGE:  Approximate Retail Value:  $7,500

• Five thousand dollars ($5000.00) to be awarded in the form of a check payable to grand prize winner.  ARV:  $5000.00
• Perform LIVE at 2024 AuSable River Fest main stage on July 26, 2024.  Paid appearance of a minimum of $1500 to be paid by AuSable River Festival committee.  ARV:  $1500.00. 
• LIVE in-depth interview on Q100 Michigan on July 12^th on the Jomama’s Rock & Roll Joyride.  ARV:  Priceless
• Minimum of 12x plays of original song on Q100 Michigan and stream (q100michigan.com) between July15 and September 2, 2024.  ARV:  Priceless
• Featured segment on the Q100 Michigan Music Connection show.  Date TBD.  ARV:  Priceless.
• Avery Amps in Kalkaska to provide one (1) 15 watt hand wired Avery V15 1x12 combo amplifier.  ARV:  $1,500
• AV Studios in Traverse City to provide a maximum of six (6) hours of recording studio time valued at $1,000.  Jabo Bihlman to provide his professional services to mix and produce during session.  ARV:  Priceless.  Prize ARV:  $1,000

OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
